How we count

  • Who is a user

    A named internal account with its own login. Deactivated accounts do not count; when a colleague leaves, the seat is free. Nor does a colleague with read-only access to the tools — an observer or an approver.

  • People without an account

    A supplier or operator you add to an 8D without a login is not counted.

  • One scale for the whole account

    The number of users applies to the whole account, not to each tool separately.

  • If an invoice is not paid

    The account switches to read-only. You still see and export your data; you just cannot create new records.
